Please arrive at the spa at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to complete a consultation form before you begin your relaxation experience… Your late arrival may shorten the full length of your treatment, as we aim to remain on schedule as a courtesy to each and every guest.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, Please note a 50% cancellation will be incurred for any spa treatment or spa day not cancelled within 48 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation of spa treatments or spa days within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
Certain spa treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Timing is VERY important when you are pregnant, and so is knowing what treatments to avoid to ensure spa pregnancy safety. If you are pregnant please advise reception upon booking so we can help you to select the most suitable treatments.

Compiling this information will enable the therapist to focus on the kind of treatment that is best for you and to determine in fact, whether the treatment booked will be appropriate and beneficial to you.

Please wear what makes you feel most comfortable. Upon arrival you will be provided with a personal storage basket that will stay with you at all times, bathrobe, slippers and disposable underwear will be provided.

Valuables Private storage baskets are provided for your convenience however we highly recommend leaving valuables and jewelry at home.
To be considerate to all spa guests, noise is kept to a bare minimum at all times. We ask for mobile phones to be switched to silent prior to entering the spa, this will also give you the time to switch off from everything and truly relax and re-charge.
We accept EFTPOS and all major credit cards, cash and Afterpay.
We are happy to take group bookings, of 3 to 10 guests. For the duration of your group booking the Spa and lounge will be yours exclusively. Every group booking includes the treatments, a beautiful variety of organic tea, freshly made drinks and nibbles. We can provide external options for food, coffee, cold pressed juice and other refreshments.
